
The Falcon Aerie is a private room with a queen-size bed, sectional sofa,Β ensuite bathroomΒ and private entrance that steps out onto a terraced patio leading downΒ to our year-round creek. Guests will have access to a shared outdoor kitchen with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, along with plenty of outdoor seating on our terraced patio for you to enjoy the serenity of this space while you nourish your body.
Situated within a larger community of creatives and entrepreneurs, this space is ideal for hosting artists, musicians and professionals β typically for 1-3 month residencies β to provide a refuge to focus on personal or professional projects, or simply recharge your soul while staying at our nature-based sanctuary.
Comfortably dispersed across four acres, our community shares three primary living spaces and several standalone homes hosting long-term residents and short-term guests. Our property includes many commons areas such as fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, workshops, maker spaces, a spacious dining room, and cozy living room with a smart TV and game consoles. As our guest, you will also have access to our organic garden, an ivy-covered terrace overlooking the creek, our rose garden and koi pond, grassy patches to ground your bare feet, and many other shared spaces throughout the property.
Wildseeds Ranch is a creative community and business incubator that focuses on providing a platform for emerging artists, musicians and local businesses to gain exposure and connect with one another. With an emphasis on personal development and professional growth, the Wildseeds community fosters a diverse and supportive environment that encourages mutual learning among its members. Just 40 min east of downtown San Diego, our secluded property offers refuge from the hustle of the city β while still providing all the conveniences. Situated on just over four acres, you will find yourself nestled amongst a grove of ancient oaks, towering pines and fragrant pepper trees dotting the hillsides along a year-round creek.
Surrounded by hundreds of acres of conserved (BLM) land, our property is truly an oasis amongst the enchanting desert landscape. Within walking distance (.5 mi) there are over 17 miles of hiking/biking trails, providing plenty of room to get out, explore, and take in a breathtaking sunset from a mountain vista.
Our ongoing remediation and beautification efforts continue to breathe new life into this desert oasis, and we are always looking for committed stewards to join our efforts to restore this incredible land.
