The Quad is a cluster of four private units with a shared entrance. This unit is located on the ground level of a two-story building and features a queen-size bed and  private bathroom. Guests have access to a shared kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare meals, along with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity of this space while you nourish your body.

As an established community, our property includes many commons areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, workspaces/makerspaces, a spacious dining room and cozy living room with a smart TV and game console. Situated on just over four acres, surrounded by hundreds of acres of BLM land (with 17+ miles of trails), there is plenty of room to spread out and unwind. As our guest, you will have access to our organic garden, multi-level terrace, and many other shared spaces throughout the property.

Just 40 min east of downtown San Diego, our secluded property offers refuge from the hustle of city life. Situated amongst an ancient oak grove with sprawling pines and pepper trees dotting the hillsides along a year-round creek, the gorgeous mountain vistas and enchanting desert vibes are sure to inspire creativity.
